The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way organisations consume technology and interact with service providers. At Littlefish, we're building the Service Desk of the Future, using AI, automation and knowledge-driven support to create faster, smarter and more effective customer experiences.

 

We're looking for an AI Enablement Manager to play a pivotal role in that journey.

 

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in Operations, ITSM, Knowledge Management or Service Improvement to become a key driver of AI adoption within a leading managed service provider.

You'll ensure our knowledge, processes and operational readiness enable AI tools to deliver real business value, helping us move closer to intelligent, proactive and increasingly autonomous support services

 

You will:

As AI Enablement Manager, you'll act as the bridge between Operations, Knowledge Management and our AI & Automation teams. 

You'll be responsible for ensuring knowledge is accurate, structured and AI-ready, whilst continuously improving how AI supports our engineers and customers.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  •          Ensuring knowledge assets remain accurate, accessible, governed, and aligned to organisational standards
  •          Driving AI readiness across Operations
  •          Identifying and closing knowledge gaps that impact AI performance
  •          Reviewing AI-generated recommendations and content
  •          Working with operational SMEs to improve and expand the knowledge estate
  •          Supporting the rollout and optimisation of AI-enabled services and automation
  •          Monitoring AI performance, adoption and effectiveness
  •          Producing insights and recommendations that improve customer outcomes
  •          Helping shape the future roadmap for AI across Managed Services 

This role will have significant visibility across the business and offers the opportunity to influence how AI is embedded across our operational services.

 

What you bring:

You'll be energised by the opportunity to combine operational excellence, knowledge management and AI innovation to transform how services are delivered. 

  •          Experience ensuring knowledge assets are structured, governed and maintained to support operational excellence and AI-enabled services.
  •          Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Request and Knowledge Management practices
  •          Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  •          Experience reviewing and improving operational processes
  •          An analytical mindset with a focus on quality, governance and continuous improvement
  •          The ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously
  •          An understanding of AI, large language models (LLMs), knowledge retrieval or modern AI-enabled support technologies

 

You'll stand out if you have experience with:

  •          ServiceNow Knowledge Management or similar ITSM platforms
  •          AI-enabled support solutions or digital self-service technologies
  •          Service transformation or automation programmes
  •          Operational reporting, dashboards and performance measurement
  •          Microsoft 365, Entra or Modern Workplace environments.
