The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for working across our Strategic Accounts, you will operate at the intersection of delivery leadership, governance, and client strategy. You’ll be working across a portfolio of Littlefish’s most important customers, leading complex, multi‑workstream programmes across Modern Workplace, Cloud, Apps/DevOps and Data & AI.

This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring strong delivery performance, commercial health, and measurable business outcomes from every engagement.

Working within our tiered PMO model, you’ll establish robust governance, provide clear insight across portfolios, and help shape the future direction and growth of your accounts.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Account & Portfolio Ownership

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and their associated projects and programmes
  • Provide end‑to‑end accountability for delivery performance across scope, time, cost, quality, risk and benefits
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, dependency maps, RAID logs and benefits registers
  • Act as the senior delivery lead and escalation point for your accounts

Governance & PMO Leadership

  • Establish and run effective governance frameworks, including steering committees and programme boards
  • Champion PMO best practice as the “governance backbone” for your accounts
  • Produce clear, concise executive‑level reporting and dashboards for clients and internal leadership
  • Ensure risks, issues and decisions are surfaced early and managed through appropriate forums

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior and executive‑level client stakeholders
  • Lead regular governance, review and planning forums, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Navigate complex escalations with confidence, diplomacy and pace
  • Connect technology delivery to business change, adoption and transformation goals

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Own financial governance across your portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue and profitability
  • Protect and grow account profitability through disciplined change control and delivery efficiency
  • Identify and shape new opportunities within existing accounts, supported by strong governance and value‑led delivery
  • Maintain accurate forward bookings and pipeline visibility in partnership with Sales and Account Management

Internal Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with delivery leads, architects and technical teams across all practices
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management and Marketing on strategic account planning and proposals
  • Support the growth and maturity of both client delivery models and Littlefish’s internal PMO capability

 

Who you are:

You’re a confident, credible delivery leader with experience operating in senior client‑facing roles within IT services or consulting. You’re comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, and you bring strong commercial awareness alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.

You Bring:

  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and complex digital programmes
  • Strong understanding of portfolio, programme and project governance
  • Commercial acumen, including forecasting, profitability management and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at executive and board level
  • A strategic mindset grounded in real‑world delivery experience

Desirable:

  • Experience working within managed services or IT outsourcing environments
  • Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies
  • Experience operating within a PMO or portfolio delivery model
