The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

We’re hiring an Internal Security Analyst to join our Internal Security Team and support key governance, audit, and assurance activities across the Littlefish Group. If you enjoy structured work, continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen security controls, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

In this role, you will help maintain our security governance framework and support compliance with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, CAF, and other aligned standards. You’ll play a key part in collecting evidence, preparing for audits, maintaining policies, and supporting customer assurance requests — ensuring Littlefish meets its regulatory, contractual, and operational security obligations.

You will:

  • Support ISO 27001 activities, including documentation management and control maintenance
  • Assist with internal audits and prepare for external audit assessments
  • Coordinate and complete customer information security questionnaires
  • Support Cyber Essentials Plus and CAF compliance activities
  • Contribute to ongoing risk management activities, including maintaining risk registers
  • Assist with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation and exercises
  • Maintain and support scheduled reviews of security policies, standards, and documentation
  • Support security awareness initiatives and wider compliance communications

 

 

What you bring:

  • Experience supporting investigations or incident response documentation
  • Understanding of risk identification and mitigation approaches
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 concepts (ISMS, Annex A, SoA)
  • Knowledge of Cyber Essentials / CE+
  • Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities

 

Additional desirable skills:

  • Working towards ISO 27001 Foundation, Cyber Essentials awareness, Security+, or SC‑900
  • Experience in an MSP or other regulated environment
  • Awareness of UK GDPR / data protection controls
  • Experience with GRC tooling, SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
