The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

Are you ready to take the next step in your Littlefish career and lead one of the most critical frontline teams in our Cyber Division? We're looking for a CSOC Team Lead — someone who can inspire, develop, and support our analysts while ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional security operations for our customers.

You will:

As the CSOC Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance and development of our analyst team while ensuring we meet our operational and contractual commitments. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting CSOC Analysts, helping them grow their skills and achieve their development goals
  • Overseeing day-to-day analyst activity, ensuring consistent quality across investigations, escalations, and reporting
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex security incidents and providing strong stakeholder management
  • Working closely with SOC Management to identify improvements across people, processes, and technology
  • Driving high standards of service delivery and ensuring our ways of working support exceptional customer experience
  • Supporting monthly reporting, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Taking ownership of your own professional development across both management and technical areas

This role is central to ensuring our CSOC remains a high-performing, resilient, and people-focused function.

 

What you bring:

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Demonstrable experience as a SOC Analyst or working within a security operations environment
  • Strong experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships
  • A background in service provider or managed services environments
  • Experience leading or managing teams, formally or informally
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Security technologies
  • A proactive, supportive leadership style with a focus on development, coaching and accountability

 

Desirable attributes include:

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Microsoft SC-200 certification
  • CISSP, CISM or CISA
  • Knowledge of Unix/Windows administration, vulnerability management, and security standards
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical depth with customer needs
