We’re looking for an Associate Cyber Service Delivery Manager — someone who brings strong customer focus, a passion for service excellence, and a drive to make a meaningful impact across our growing cyber portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll collaborate with CSOC analysts, guide delivery resources, build trusted client relationships, and help evolve the way we deliver Cyber Services at Littlefish. If you enjoy solving complex delivery challenges, supporting colleagues, and engaging directly with customers, this role will give you the platform to shine.

 

As an Associate Cyber Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Direct and prioritise Cyber delivery resources across your aligned accounts.
  • Manage the service delivery relationship with customers, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and excellent engagement.
  • Support sales activity through white space analysis and tailored proposals, identifying opportunities for growth within existing Cyber customers.
  • Govern Cyber services through regular reviews, reporting, and risk management — ensuring actions and recommendations are followed through.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by proactively addressing risks and resolving issues early.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Build and strengthen long‑term customer relationships based on trust, understanding, and delivery excellence.

 

What you bring:

  • Experience delivering results for customers or key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Service Delivery methodology and core ITIL principles.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality services in line with contractual commitments.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to deliver real value.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, collaborate, and build strong relationships.
  • Confidence engaging with clients and developing long‑term partnerships.
  • The ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful decisions.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
