So, if this is ticking your boxes and you are excited at the thought of working with creative, passionate, energetic, friendly people- we would love to hear from you.

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

Step into a pivotal position as Senior Cyber Project Manager at Littlefish, where you’ll own the delivery of complex, multi-workstream security programmes for high-profile clients. This is your chance to operate at meaningful scale—shaping portfolios, embedding PMO best practice, and driving outcomes that matter across time, scope, budget, and compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, and more).

At Littlefish, you’ll work alongside seasoned architects and engineers, influencing executive agendas and setting the bar for cyber delivery excellence. Our culture is built on clear governance, trusted partnerships, and measurable results—giving you the autonomy to lead, innovate, and make a tangible impact. Here, your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your leadership directly advances both client security and organisational transformation.

What you’ll lead:

  • Programme/Project Delivery: Plan and deliver complex cybersecurity projects across multiple business units; define scope, milestones, success criteria, and inter‑workstream dependencies.
  • Governance as a Backbone: Establish and run robust PMO controls—integrated plans, RAID and decision logs, RAG dashboards/KPIs, dependency maps, benefits registers, and executive status packs.
  • Risk, Compliance & Assurance: Identify and manage cyber risk throughout the lifecycle; ensure alignment to NIST, ISO 27001, RMF, and regulatory obligations including GDPR and PCI‑DSS.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as senior delivery contact and trusted advisor; run steering committees/programme boards; drive prioritisation, escalation management and decision‑making.
  • Commercial & Financials: Own portfolio financial governance—budgeting, forecasting, pipeline/bookings tracking, and variance analysis; manage third‑party vendors.
  • Technical Oversight: Partner with architects and engineers to land security capabilities (e.g., endpoint protection, identity, vulnerability management) and validate they meet risk and business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead PIRs/lessons‑learned and feed process improvements into our delivery playbooks.

What you bring:

  • Proven senior delivery track record across enterprise‑scale cyber programmes or portfolios, ideally in consultancy/MSP settings.
  • Practical experience with NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, risk identification/mitigation, and compliance reporting.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Sentinel & Defender, identity providers/IDAM, and cloud security principles (experience across mixed estates—e.g., Oracle Cloud—welcome).
  • Mastery of PMBOK/Agile/Waterfall or hybrid approaches; expert in scope, schedule, budget, resources, RAID and benefits realisation.
  • Board‑quality reporting, concise risk narratives, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders toward timely, informed decisions.
  • Comfortable aligning cyber initiatives to outcomes, ROI and transformation roadmaps; ability to shape new workstreams within existing accounts.
